Facilitator
As a facilitator, I create spaces that encourage creativity, active listening, and genuine self-expression. My approach is grounded in creating non-hierarchical, safe environments where participants feel empowered to explore their unique voices while connecting meaningfully with others. Through workshops that incorporate techniques like improvisation, storytelling, and instant composition, I guide groups in crafting shared artistic experiences. Whether in community events, music ensembles, or social engagement projects, my goal is to foster a dynamic, empathetic process that brings out the creative potential of each individual and strengthens group cohesion.
Sounds of Empowerment: Music as a Tool for Social Engagement
One of the standout programs I offer is Sounds of Empowerment, which uses music and creativity as catalysts for self-expression, connection, and social engagement. This course provides a collaborative space where participants can explore social topics and personal narratives through improvisation and instant composition, fostering both individual expression and group empathy.
Initially developed as an elective course at the Prince Claus Conservatoire, Sounds of Empowerment has since been adapted into a flexible format suitable for diverse settings—from one-day workshops to ongoing sessions throughout the year. The program’s adaptable structure makes it an ideal fit for schools, music groups, conservatories, and organizations, aiming to inspire creativity and community.
If you’re looking for a transformative experience that empowers voices and strengthens group dynamics, Sounds of Empowerment is ready to meet your needs. Let’s make an impact together!

Research-based facilitation: Co-creation, Artivism, and Micromachismos
During my master’s in New Audiences and Innovative Practice, I developed a research project focused on facilitating co-creative, cross-arts processes using artivism as a vehicle to explore the concept of micromachismos. This research solidified my approach as a facilitator, grounding my practice in strategies that foster safe, inclusive spaces for collaborative creative processes. Through this project, I was able to develop a facilitation style centered on interdisciplinary co-creation, allowing participants to engage deeply with social themes in a respectful and empowering environment.
The project led to discoveries about the transformative potential of art in addressing complex topics, as well as practical insights into guiding groups through meaningful, collective exploration. These findings are now fundamental to the way I structure my workshops and facilitate creative processes, offering participants a grounded and impactful experience that bridges art and social consciousness.
This research-backed approach is at the core of all my facilitation work, ensuring that each workshop and creative process is supported by a thoughtful and proven methodology that values both personal and collective expression.
